What happens after year one?
Your system continues monthly at your package’s price, or yearly with three months free. Your data, domain and setup carry on unchanged.
Can you move our data from Excel?
Yes. Moving your data is part of onboarding: members, guardians, classes and balances, checked with you before go-live.
Can it bill the way we charge: mid-month joins, siblings, discounts?
Yes, that is where we start. A child who joins mid-month pays for the sessions left in the cycle. Siblings and desk discounts show on the invoice, and a wrong sign-up is voided with the reason kept. We set your rules up with you before go-live.
Does it work in Arabic, and with two currencies?
Arabic is the first language, with English and French. Every amount is recorded in two currencies with the day’s rate on record, and cash, OMT, Whish and transfers are all recorded.
Does it send WhatsApp messages by itself?
No, and that is on purpose. Your staff open the invoice or reminder, already written in Arabic and English, and send it from your own WhatsApp with one tap. Nothing reaches a parent that your team has not seen.
What if our internet or power goes down?
Check-in keeps working at the front desk and on the coach’s phone. It is saved on the device and syncs when the connection returns.
Can you build features just for us?
Yes, that is the point. You tell us how your academy works, and custom work is quoted per feature and becomes part of your system, hosted and maintained like everything else.
Do you process card payments?
No. Praxella records how each member paid, whether cash, OMT, Whish or transfer, so your books reconcile. The money never passes through us.
How much does it cost?
Year one is all-inclusive: $3,000 for Studio, $4,500 for Academy, $5,500 for Network. From year two it is $79, $149 or $249 a month, or pay yearly and get three months free.
