Soccer academy management system for the MENA region
Praxella runs the business side of a football academy: the players and their parents, the weekly training sessions, who turned up, and the monthly fees in dollars and lira. We set it up around your age groups, your training times and your prices, and keep it running for you.
Age groups worked out from the birth date
Enter a player’s date of birth once and Praxella places them in their age group, U6, U8, U10 and up to U18, by birth year, the way football leagues count it: a player born in 2016 is in U10 in 2026. Nothing is stored that can go stale: the group is worked out each time, so when the year turns every player is already in the right group without anyone editing a list.
The age group shows on the player list, on each player’s card and on the coach’s roster, where coaches filter their players by age group. A player with no date of birth is flagged, so the desk knows exactly what to fill in.
- U6 to U18, from the date of birth
- On the player list, the player card and the coach’s roster
- Missing birth dates flagged for the desk
Training sessions and attendance on the coach’s phone
Your training groups are set up as weekly sessions, each with a day, a time, a coach and a number of places. Once your staff and coaches sign in, the screens say players and training instead of students and classes, in Arabic, English and French.
Coaches take attendance from their phone with one tap per player. When the signal at the pitch drops, attendance is saved on the phone and syncs as soon as the connection returns, so the office sees who trained without chasing anyone for a list.
- Weekly sessions with a coach and a number of places
- One tap per player, even without signal
- Players and training on every signed-in screen
Monthly fees in dollars and lira
Every fee is recorded in US dollars and Lebanese lira, with the day’s rate written on the invoice. Parents pay in cash, by OMT, by Whish or by bank transfer, and the desk records each payment by its reference. The money never passes through Praxella.
A player who joins halfway through the month pays only for the training sessions left. A player who stops coming is not billed again: renewals are held automatically once a player has been absent longer than the period you choose.
- USD and LBP on every invoice, rate on record
- Cash, OMT, Whish and transfers recorded by reference
- No renewal for a player who stopped coming
One view for every family
Most players are children, so the parent is your customer. Two brothers in different age groups sit under one parent account with one combined balance, and the parent sees each child’s attendance and weekly training schedule in the member app.
New families reach you through your academy’s website or at the desk, and every request lands in one leads pipeline, where you book a trial session. Summer camps take dates, an age range and a fee in both currencies, and the desk is warned before enrolling a child outside the age range.
- One parent account and one balance per family
- Attendance and the training schedule, per child
- Trial sessions booked from one leads pipeline
The same core, whatever you teach.
Two currencies, recorded
Every amount in US dollars and Lebanese lira with the day’s rate. Cash, OMT, Whish and transfers are recorded by reference, with no card gateway.
A front desk that works offline
Check-in and attendance keep working without internet and sync when the connection returns.
A parent portal
Parents see attendance, schedules and balances for every child, on any phone, with no app store.
Arabic first
A right-to-left interface designed in Arabic, with English and French one tap away.
Questions from football academies.
How are players grouped by age?
By date of birth. Praxella works out each player’s age group, from U6 to U18, and shows it on the player list, the player card and the coach’s roster, where coaches can filter by it.
Can coaches take attendance at the pitch without internet?
Yes. Attendance is saved on the coach’s phone and syncs when the connection returns.
Can parents pay in dollars or in lira?
Yes. Fees are recorded in both currencies with the day’s rate, and cash, OMT, Whish and transfers are recorded by reference. Praxella does not process payments.
Will the app say players and training?
Yes. After sign-in, staff, coaches and parents see players and training instead of students and classes, in Arabic, English and French.
Does a player who stops coming keep getting billed?
No. Renewals are held automatically once a player has been absent longer than the period you choose, so a family is not billed for a month nobody trained.
