Gymnastics academy management system for the MENA region
Praxella is the system behind a gymnastics academy: the gymnasts and their parents, the level each gymnast is working toward, the branches they train at and the monthly fees. We set it up with your levels, your branches and your prices, and keep it running for you.
Levels 1 to 10, not coloured belts
A gymnastics discipline starts with its own ladder of ten levels, Level 1 to Level 10, instead of the coloured belts a martial arts school uses. Each level has a gentler pace than a belt: a minimum time at the level and a minimum number of sessions attended, set for a sport where progress is judged on skills.
The ladder is yours to shape. Rename a level in Arabic, English or French, reorder it, or retire a level you do not use. Artistic, rhythmic and tumbling programmes can each be their own discipline with their own ladder, and a discipline created before you used levels loads all ten with one button.
- Ten levels per discipline, ready on day one
- Level names in Arabic, English and French
- A minimum time and session count for each level
Your gymnasts, in your words
Once your staff and coaches sign in, the screens say gymnasts instead of students and levels instead of belts: on the roster, the gymnast’s file, the coach’s app and the parent’s app. Arabic, English and French all follow.
Coaches take attendance from their phone, and the class roster shows each gymnast as eligible or not yet for the next level, with the count of sessions behind it. A coach moves a gymnast up; nothing moves anyone up by itself.
- Gymnasts and levels on every signed-in screen
- Eligible or not yet for the next level, on the roster
- Moving up is always a coach’s decision
Up to three branches, one academy
Gymnastics academies often grow into a second and a third gym. Praxella’s gymnastics setup includes up to three branches, and if you open a fourth, we raise the limit. Gymnasts, families and billing stay in one system, while each branch keeps its own address, phone and timetable.
Each branch also gets its own page on your academy’s website, with that branch’s classes and coaches. A parent searching for a class near home lands on the right branch and sends a request that arrives tagged with it, so the right desk calls back.
- Up to three branches included
- A public page per branch, with its own timetable
- Requests arrive tagged with the branch
Built around the parent
Most gymnasts are children, so the parent is your customer. Several children sit under one parent account with one combined balance, and the parent sees each child’s attendance, current level and weekly schedule in the member app, on any phone, without an app store.
A child who joins halfway through the month pays only for the sessions left. Holiday camps take dates, an age range, a number of places and a fee in two currencies, and the desk is warned before enrolling a child outside the age range.
- One account and one balance per family
- Each child’s level, attendance and schedule
- Holiday camps with age ranges
The same core, whatever you teach.

Questions from gymnastics academies.
Does it use levels instead of belts?
Yes. Each gymnastics discipline gets Levels 1 to 10, each with a minimum time and a minimum number of sessions, and you can rename, reorder or retire them.
Can we run more than one branch?
Yes. The gymnastics setup includes up to three branches, each with its own address, timetable and page on your website. We raise the limit if you open more.
Will the app say gymnasts instead of students?
Yes. After sign-in, staff, coaches and parents see gymnasts and levels, in Arabic, English and French.
How do parents with several children use it?
One parent account holds all their children, with one balance for the family, and shows each child’s attendance, level and weekly classes.
Can it run our holiday camps too?
Yes. A camp has its dates, an age range, a number of places and a price in dollars and lira, and the desk is warned before enrolling a child outside the age range.
