Choosing gym or academy software in Lebanon means weighing a few things that global checklists skip: billing in dollars and lira, WhatsApp as the reminder channel, Arabic screens, and a front desk that survives outages. This page compares three options that serve the region, plus a short test for international tools. Everything is taken from each vendor's own public pages, read on 14 October 2026.
Disclosure: Praxella wrote this page, so we show every source and say "not stated" when a vendor's page does not answer a question. "Not stated" means we could not find it, not that the feature does not exist. Please check the sources yourself.

Praxella's year-one fee is a done-for-you package that includes setup, migration, training and hosting, which the other two publish as subscriptions; In2 lists migration as a separate add-on, and GymLeb lists a $100 onboarding fee and optional add-ons such as automatic WhatsApp and access control.
Global gym platforms: a five-point test
We did not review a specific international product here, because features and pricing vary widely between them. Many are excellent for gyms with English-speaking staff and card payments. If you are considering one, put these five questions to the vendor:
- Can one invoice show dollars and lira, and does it save the rate used that day?
- Can staff screens run right to left, with invoices in Arabic?
- Can you record OMT, Whish, cash and transfers, not only cards?
- How are WhatsApp reminders handled, and by whom?
- What happens at the desk when the internet drops, and who gives support in your time zone?
Which one fits whom
- Praxella suits academies that teach belts, levels or age groups, and owners who want setup, migration and training done for them. It also suits teams that prefer to review each WhatsApp reminder before it goes out, and desks that need to work offline. Look at the martial arts page for a sport example.
- GymLeb suits gyms that want reminders sent automatically, card and online payments, turnstile access control and a lower monthly price, adding the add-ons they need.
- In2 suits larger or multi-branch operators who want online booking, a branded mobile app and published tiers by client count.
Whatever you shortlist, ask each vendor for a trial or a walkthrough with your own prices and your own sports. You can book a walkthrough with Praxella or see our full pricing.
